what i can see about this water aid poster is that there is a boy with big sad eyes because he has got no water.Also i can see that there is a sentence saying Dig toilets Not graves.What it could suggest is that if you don't make toilets people are just going to do there waste inside lakes and the poor kid in the picture could be getting the water and drinking it because is too poor to get clean water.

Also the background could suggest that he lives in a developing country e.g Africa.Also in the background,I could see some huts which could suggest that the boy lives in a poor conditioned house.And the country he is living in is hot which could also suggest that the place is dry and humid which could lead to him getting more dirty water which could lead to diseases.
